About
The tool I wanted after filming myself.
Why it exists
I built this after my first home session following along with a workout video. I'd made that video myself, and it worked, but the tempo was too fast and some of the rests were too short. I also wanted to mix up my sets in rounds instead of doing three of the same exercise back to back. Changing any of that meant rebuilding the whole video. So I made the tool I wanted: put in your own exercises, tune the timing until it fits you, and get a video you can follow on the TV. No phone timer and no counting in your head.
How your data is handled
- The session lives in this browser: JSON in localStorage, image blobs in IndexedDB.
- Export downloads a zip with session.json (including session logs) and an images folder so you can keep a copy.
- Uploaded images are deleted from our server after 24 hours. Export your session (zip includes images) to keep them.
- There is no login and no analytics product bolted on.
